Digital products and licenses
Purchases grant one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the delivered digital materials for personal or internal business purposes. You may use outputs in your own work, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or provide the original product files as a competing library or service.
Agent credits
Credits are prepaid units used for eligible agent runs. Credit costs vary by mode and are shown before a run. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. A run may consume credits once processing begins, including when an output requires reasonable retries.
AI outputs
AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them, and for obtaining professional advice when legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions are involved. We do not guarantee a particular business result.
Payments and delivery
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital delivery and credit access begin immediately after confirmed payment. You are responsible for providing a working email address and safeguarding download links and access keys.
Refunds
Because digital products and credits are made available immediately, sales are generally final after access or use begins. The refund policy explains exceptions for duplicate charges, failed delivery, and materially defective products.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, create malware, evade platform safeguards, access another customer’s account, overload the service, or generate prohibited harmful content. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the platform.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MULTINICHE AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or credits giving rise to the claim.
