Information we collect
We receive information you submit, such as your email address, contact-form message, newsletter signup, product inputs, and support requests. Stripe provides payment status and limited transaction details; MULTINICHE AI does not receive or store full card numbers. We also process technical information such as IP-derived security signals, browser details, page visits, referral and campaign parameters, and Google advertising click identifiers.
How we use information
We use information to process and deliver purchases, operate credit balances, provide requested AI outputs, respond to messages, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain the service, measure performance, and improve products and advertising. Purchase email details may be provided to Google in normalized and hashed form for enhanced conversion measurement where permitted.
Cookies and advertising
Essential storage keeps carts, access details, preferences, and security controls working. With consent where required, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and the Taboola advertising pixel measure visits, conversions, and remarketing audiences. The privacy banner lets you accept analytics and advertising storage or continue with essential storage only. Advertising click parameters may pass through URLs for attribution even when advertising cookies are denied.
Service providers
We use Netlify for hosting and platform services, Stripe for payments, Google and Taboola for analytics and advertising measurement, and AI model providers to generate requested outputs. Each provider processes information under its own terms and safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
We retain order, accounting, support, and security records only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and legal obligations. Advertising click attribution is retained for up to 90 days. We use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed access keys, signed payment events, and least-privilege processing, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics in the privacy banner, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
