What happens if a run fails?

If a run produces no output, the credits are returned to your balance automatically and the refund is recorded in your credit history.

Quick runs on Claude Haiku 4.5, Standard on Claude Sonnet 5, and Deep on Claude Opus 5. The tier you pick is the model you get — it's listed on each tier card.

What if a run comes back empty or fails?

The credits go straight back to your balance and the refund appears in your credit history. You only pay for runs that produce something.

Do I need an account or password?

No. Buying credits issues an access key. Paste it here and your balance loads; that's the whole login. Lost it? Request a new one by email and the old key retires.

Is this the same as the free tool on the storefront?
